A proud 2022 graduate of Georgia State University, Tyrik honed his skills through roles as a news anchor for Panther Report News and host of The Signal In A Minute. His leadership and advocacy for diversity in media shone through his two-term presidency of the university’s National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) chapter.
Tyrik made headlines when he became the youngest national talent at iHeartRADIO’s Black Information Network at age 23. For two years, he anchored national radio newscasts broadcast across major U.S. cities, solidifying his role as a trusted voice in American journalism.
